About Tamer
An engineer by training, a human by nature.
I trained as an engineer at Alexandria University and spent the first part of my career in telecommunications, rising to Head of Corporate Strategy and Operational Excellence at Etisalat Misr. I learned there that strategy succeeds or fails on the people carrying it out.
In 2011 I met the Enneagram while helping a team of senior executives become a team in practice. It changed my path. Today I coach executives and leadership teams and train practitioners, and I co-lead Leading the Future Ltd.
