The Purposeful Team Coaching Model

A systemic framework for teams facing complex challenges and ambitious objectives. It anchors a team’s goals in a shared Team Purpose, its collective compass, through a five-stage spiral.
 
Systemic Discovery and Awareness
Using tools such as the Enneagram for teams and 360-degree stakeholder feedback, the team sees its "inside" (dynamics, culture, shared identity) and its "outside" (stakeholder expectations and pressures), like a radar screen.
Team Navigation Tools Co-Creation
Through dialogue, the team forms its Purpose Statement with the "5 Pieces of the Puzzle" tool: collective strengths, shared passions, team values, stakeholder needs and intended contribution.
Strategic Structural Alignment
Purpose becomes practice in a Team Plan with clear roles, priority objectives and governance, so that "how we work" supports "why we exist".
