My purpose
To facilitate people's growth and awareness development with wisdom and compassion, so they can humanly transform their lives and the lives of others.
My story
An engineer by training, a human by nature.
I graduated in communication and electrophysical engineering from Alexandria University in 1989 and began my career in 1990. Over more than 30 years I have led in business and non-profit worlds, including 28 years in telecommunications, where I served as Head of Corporate Strategy at Etisalat Misr.
That experience taught me that strategy succeeds or fails on the people carrying it out. In 2011 I was asked to turn a group of senior executives, each a star in their own right, into a team that worked as one. That is when I met the Enneagram.
I began my Enneagram certification in 2012 and went on to build a second career around it. I now coach executives and leadership teams, train practitioners and speak at international events. I co-lead Leading the Future with Dr. Ghada Howaidy, and I use the Awareness to Action approach as a strategic partner of Awareness to Action International.
My work is driven by a passion for humanity. I use the Enneagram and deep transformational coaching models to help leaders understand themselves, uncover hidden potential and lead with purpose and clarity.
