This realization led him to dedicate the last third of his career to guiding leaders and teams toward meaningful transformation.
Today, Tamer is recognized not only for his ability to develop executives but also as one of the few top experts in the world in using the Enneagram in organizations and leadership. His work has transformed leaders and teams across the Middle East, and his approach continues to make a profound impact in the corporate world.

Enneagram Expertise: A Unique Approach to Leadership
Tamer’s expertise in the Enneagram is what sets him apart from other leadership coaches. Since becoming certified in 2013, Tamer has used the Enneagram to transform thousands of leaders in numerous organizations. He is recognized as one of the few top experts in the world for applying the Enneagram in leadership and organizational development.
As the first Enneagram-accredited professional by the International Enneagram Association (IEA), Tamer played a key role in developing the Enneagram community in the Middle East. In 2017, he established IEA Egypt and was elected as its first president. His involvement at the global level includes joining the IEA Global board in 2020, becoming Vice President in 2021, co-chairing the IEA conference in 2021, and chairing the 2023 IEA conference.
In addition to his Enneagram expertise, Tamer holds a coaching certification from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (2014) and an ICF PCC accreditation. He has been teaching leadership, organizational, and strategic management as an instructor in the AUC Executive Education – Business School since 2018.
